Characteristics: Polyester type polyurethane hose with plastic-covered screw reinforcement. Wall conducting electrostatic, the surface resistance of 10 or less ⁴ Ω / M, in accordance with the ISO 8031 standard. Smooth inner wall enables smooth transfer of materials in the pipe. The spiral wall thickness of hoses of different sizes is 0.9mm. The hose is durable and very soft, maintaining excellent flexibility even at low temperatures. Suitable for heavy materials with strong wear and tear. Chemical resistant, ozone resistant, weathering resistant, halogen-free and compliant with RoHS environmental directive. Complies with ATEX, ISO 8031 and TRBS 2153 regulations and requirements.
Application: it is used in the production occasions where static discharge is required (in the production environment where accidents may occur due to static electricity during the use of mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic and electric equipment). Suction, discharge and transmission of gas, smoke and abrasive materials. For example: wear powder, smoke, wood shavings, wood chips, etc.
