Antistatic hose LKE521
Application: The universal hose is widely used to handle a variety of highly corrosive chemicals and has been tested by the IMQ certification agency in explosive environment.
Notable features: extra protection, multi-layer synthetic fiber and hose outer wall to ensure the electrostatic dissipation (resistance: R < 10^5 Ω).
Hose structure:
Inner tube: UPE (polymer polyethylene), black, smooth, antistatic (R < 10 ^ 5 Ω). EN 12115,EN 50014/IEC 60079-0.
Reinforced layer structure: multiple layers of synthetic fiber, embedded spiral metal steel wire, copper wire provided according to customer requirements
Surface: EPDM rubber (EPDM), anti-static (R < 10^5 Ω). Wear resistance, ozone resistance, resistance to atmospheric corrosion, smooth, cloth surface.
Use temperature range: -35℃ to +100℃, can not exceed 30 minutes temperature up to 130℃ steam disinfection
Safety factor: ≥4 times of working pressure (bore diameter less than 75mm)
