Application: PU steel wire hose LKE503 is usually used in suction. It is especially suitable for wear solid. Such as dust, powder, fiber. Clasts and grains; Gaseous and liquid media. Industrial dust removal and suction. Industrial vacuum cleaners. Suction of paper or fabric fibres. Ceramic mechanical blanking. Used as an anti-wear protective tube.
Properties: High wear resistance protection (wear resistance is 6 times higher than most rubber materials. 5 times higher than soft PVC). Smooth interior. Low wind resistance makes the flow of objects in the tube smoother. Telescopic; High tensile strength; and tear strength;
Can be made into food grade pipe: pipe wall: FDA 21 CFR 177.2600 and 178.2010. Comply with EC 2002/72/EC. Includes modified 2007/19/EC for antimicrobial and hydrolysis. Good mineral oil resistance and chemical resistance; Good uv and ozone resistance and low temperature scalability. Small bending radius. Not easy to knot. Free of softeners and halogens; Gases and liquids do not leak. The flame retardant meets UL94-HB standard. Comply with RoHS regulations. Static electricity can be discharged by grounding through screw wire. Comply with EN45545 fire protection standard.
Structure: Spiral elastic steel wire is firmly implanted into the pipe wall. Make external liquidity more optimized. The wall thickness is about 0.9 mm
Material: Pipe wall: (polyether - polyurethane. Polyester - polyurethane) optional. Spiral wire: copper plated elastic wire.
Temperature range: approx. -40°C to +100°C. Short duration approx. +125°C
