Material: The bus cooling hose LKE506 is made of German BASF flame-retardant PU material, embedded with spiral copper-plated steel wire, and various models and specifications can be customized according to requirements.

Performance: Special formula polyether PU, anti-microbial and hydrolysis, excellent chemical resistance and mineral oil resistance, excellent UV and ozone resistance, high tensile strength and tear resistance, and a service life of more than 10 years. Vibration and flexural resistance is stronger, and the hose meets the VDA270:1992 odor test requirements. It meets the flame retardant standard UL94-V0. It is non-toxic, odorless, halogen-free, environmentally friendly, has strong wear resistance, flat inner wall, and low wind resistance.

Temperature range: about -40°C to +100°C, up to +125°C in a short time.

Structure: The tube wall is covered with elastic steel wire, extruded in a strip shape, with a wall thickness of 0.6 mm, flexible for expansion and bending.

Application: It is suitable for the transportation of cold air and warm air, and the transportation of welding smoke oil vapor, dust, fiber debris, wood chips and other materials.

High flexibility: the compression ratio is 3:1, the bending radius is small, it is not easy to kink, the weight is light and soft, and it is convenient for transportation and installation.
