Application: High-temperature aluminum foil ducts are suitable for thermal/cold air ducting, high-temperature exhaust emission, kitchen range hood exhaust, vehicle exhaust systems, constant-temperature gas transport, high-temperature welding fume extraction, plastic granule dryers, printing machinery, blowers/compressors, engine structures, engine heating, aviation equipment, and military applications.
Properties: Single-layer construction with excellent heat resistance; sealed protection; internally smooth surface; reinforced with stretchable fibers; small bending radius; kink-resistant; RoHS compliant.
Structure: Reinforced with spring steel wire embedded in the duct wall center; expansion ratio 1:10.
Materials: Helical wire, spring steel wire, duct wall material (aluminum foil).
Temperature Range: -30°C to +150°C (instantaneous up to +180°C).
