Application: Acid and alkali resistant ducts are particularly suitable for handling highly abrasive solids (e.g., dust, powder, fibers) and reactive media (e.g., steam, smoke). They are ideal for industrial dust removal, suction systems, and chemical industry applications.
Properties: Excellent heat resistance; high flexibility and 4:1 compression ratio; external spiral wire provides wear protection; tightly clamped stainless steel/galvanized steel wire reinforcement; FDA 21 CFR 177.1550 compliant food-grade tube wall; odorless and tasteless; anti-adhesion properties; superior resistance to alkali metals, acids, chemicals, UV radiation, and ozone; small bending radius; kink-resistant; lightweight.
Structure: External helical metal wire support (metal sheet + wire).
Materials: Tube wall: PTFE glass fiber coating; Spiral wire: SUS 304 stainless steel / galvanized steel strip.
Temperature Range: Approximately -150°C to +270°C.
