Application: 500 degree high temperature air duct LKE450 is especially suitable for hoses that require flame retardancy, suitable for solids such as dust and fibers, gaseous media such as steam and smoke, factory suction and dust removal, exhaust gas emissions, blower exhaust gas emissions and welding gas emissions.
Attributes: good heat resistance, high elasticity and compression ratio of 3:1, the outside is protected from wear by the spiral wire, the external steel wire is tightly clamped on the pipe wall, the bending radius is small, not easy to kink, flame retardant according to: DIN 4102-B1.
Structure: Patented CP structure (CP is the abbreviation of clamp profile), external spiral metal wire support (metal sheet + wire) tube wall.
Raw material: pipe wall material: stainless steel spiral wire reinforcement, special glass fiber coating, spiral wire: galvanized steel;
Temperature range: about -60 °C to +500 °C, it can reach +550 °C in a short time
