Application: Food grade steel wire hose LKE615 is commonly used for anti-wear protection, suction and delivery. A highly abrasive solid with a high flow rate. For example, sand. Gravel. Foodstuffs. Corn. Broken glass and crumbs; Gas and liquid.
Compliance with: FDA 21 CFR 177.2600 and 178.2010. EC Regulation 2002/72/EC including amended Regulation 2007/19/EC; Anti - microbial and hydrolysis. Good chemical resistance. Good resistance to UV and ozone. Used as a durable protective tube.
Properties: Excellent protection against wear and tear. The lower part of the belt is reinforced with wire and narrow inclination (wear resistance is 2.5~5 times higher than most rubber materials. 6 to 8 times higher than soft PVC); Internal smoothing. Optimize flow characteristics. Light weight and flexible; High pressure resistance. Vacuum and compression. High axial strength. High tensile strength. and tear strength; Good low temperature scalability. Small bending radius. Not easy to knot. Free of softeners and halogens. Gases and liquids do not leak. Vacuum seal. Electrostatic discharge through helical wire grounding.
