Features: reinforced with stainless steel wire, the inner and outer walls are completely smooth, making the material flow smoothly in the pipe, and also making the hose cleaning and disinfection more convenient. This hose has been specially developed for the pharmaceutical industry to meet the standards and regulations for USD Class VI biological response testing. Comply with EU 2002/72/CE food grade directive, can be used for A, B, C, D four food contact (including fat food and milk food).

Comply with US FDA food grade standard (standard number 21 CFR 177.1680 and 177.2660). The hose is non-toxic, odorless and does not change the perceptual quality of the transmitted material. Resistance to hydrolysis, molds and other microorganisms. Although the wall is thick, it is still very soft and light. Resistance to mineral oil, most chemicals, ozone, good weather resistance and aging resistance. Halogen-free and in line with the RoHS environmental directive, the hose does not need to be vulcanized compared to conventional silicone tubes, saving valuable energy and reducing carbon dioxide emissions. The hose can be sterilized at high pressure or at 121°C.
