Application Scope:
● General-purpose inhalable delivery hose, widely used to transport a variety of chemicals, medicines and food.
● In line with EN12115 standard.
Notable features:
●UPE(Ultra High Molecular Polypolyethylene) inner tube is especially suitable for handling highly corrosive chemicals.
Hose construction:
Inner tube
●UPE(ultra high molecular polypolyethylene) white, smooth, black UPE spiral conductive stripes through the inner wall, food grade in line with FDA standards; Certified by Italian D.M.21/03/73.
Reinforced layer construction
● High strength multilayer synthetic fibers
● Implant spiral metal steel wire
● Provide copper wire according to customer's requirement
The surface layer
●EPDM rubber (EPDM), purple, wear resistance, ozone resistance, atmospheric erosion resistance, smooth, cloth surface.
Operating temperature range:
Low - 35 ℃ to 100 ℃
● Can be no more than 30 minutes up to 130℃ steam disinfection
Safety factor:
●≥4 times working pressure (inner diameter below 75mm)
●≥3 times of working pressure (inner diameter above 75mm)
