High temperature & high pressure hose LKE425
Application:
Typically used as suction and conveying hoses for solids (e.g., powders, debris, granular materials) and gaseous/liquid media, such as in pressure and food vacuum pumps, industrial machinery, and environments requiring high-pressure gas/liquid transfer.
Properties:
Smooth internal and external surfaces; excellent flexibility.
High-pressure, vacuum, and compression resistance; superior axial strength.
Structure:
Helical elastic steel wire deeply embedded in the hose wall.
Smooth inner wall; wall thickness ranges from approximately 3 mm to 8 mm, depending on diameter.
Materials:
Hose wall: High-grade soft silicone rubber.
Spiral wire: Elastic steel wire.
Temperature Range:
Approximately -40°C to +250°C (short-term exposure up to +280°C).
Pressure tolerance: 5 MPa to 50 MPa.
