Characteristics

Common Characteristics:

  • Operating Temperature: -200°C to +200°C
  • Easy Processability: Capable of flanging and welding
  • Aging Resistance: Can be exposed to ozone and sunlight for extended periods without aging
  • High Transparency: Among all plastics, it has a relatively low refractive index, allowing for a clear visual inspection of the flow of media within the tubing
  • Corrosion Resistance: Capable of withstanding the action of all strong acids, strong oxidants, strong reductants, and various organic solvents, except for molten alkali metals, fluorinated media, and temperatures above 300°C

  • Density: 2.14-2.17g/cm³
  • Volume Resistivity: >1×10^18 Ω·cm
  • Surface Resistivity: >2×10^13 Ω
  • Arc Resistance: No leakage for more than 165 seconds
  • Low Water Absorption: Water absorption rate <0.1%
  • Minimum Coefficient of Friction: The coefficient of friction is minimal
  • Non-stick Surface: No known solid material can adhere to its surface
  • Non-flammability: Does not burn in air, suitable for locations with strict fire safety requirements
  • Non-toxic: Non-toxic and odorless, physiologically inert, posing no harm to humans or the environment
