Flame-Retardant Air Duct LKE490-S

Application: Particularly suitable for flexible hoses requiring flame-retardant properties, handling solid media such as dust and fibers, as well as gaseous media like steam and smoke. Used for industrial suction and dust removal, waste gas exhaust, blast furnace gas emissions, and welding fume extraction.

Properties: Triple-layer construction with excellent heat resistance and retractability. Space-saving design for easy transportation. The external spiral wire provides abrasion resistance, allowing the hose to be dragged on the ground without damage. The tightly clamped external steel wire prevents kinking and ensures high flexibility.

Structure: Patented CP structure featuring an external spiral metal wire support (metal strip + wire) and a triple-layer wall.

Materials:

  • Wall: Reinforced with internal and external galvanized steel strips and a special glass fiber coating; the intermediate layer is a high-silica oxygen coating.
  • Spiral Wire: Galvanized steel strip.

Temperature Range: Approximately -60°C to +900°C, with short-term tolerance up to +1100°C.
